BTV is now offering our customers the ability to receive up-to-the-minute updates about their equipment and service appointments via text message!
When you opt into text messages from BTV, we’ll get in touch with you:
- When your service technician is 10-15 minutes away for your service call.
- If our schedule changes and we need to reschedule your service appointment.
- If we receive a trouble status from a piece of your BTV-managed equipment, we’ll let you know and give you a chance to schedule a service appointment via text.
We’ll never bother you with marketing or other messages not related to your current services, and you can opt out at any time.
